The vibrating screener, also known as the plane rotary sifter, is a high-efficiency screening and grading machine widely used in feed, grain, food, and chemical industries. By combining plane rotary motion with vibration, materials are quickly stratified and classified on the screen surface, effectively removing powder, fines, and impurities. It features high accuracy, large capacity, and stable operation, making it an ideal choice for final pellet screening in feed production lines.

Ensures accurate separation of powders and fines
Suitable for different feed production line capacities
Plane rotary motion ensures smooth running with low noise
Wear-resistant components reduce maintenance costs
Quick screen replacement and convenient maintenance
Applicable to feed, grain, chemical, and food industries
The vibrating screener works through an eccentric wheel that drives the screen body to perform plane rotary and slight vibratory motion. This motion distributes materials evenly across the screen surface and causes continuous turning for effective separation. Qualified pellets pass through the sieve holes into the next process, while powder and fines are discharged, ensuring consistent product quality.

| Model | Capacity(t/h) | Power(kW) |
| SFJH80 | 1–3 | 2.2 |
| SFJH100 | 3–5 | 3 |
| SFJH125 | 8–12 | 4 |
| SFJH150 | 12–18 | 5.5 |
The vibrating screener is widely used in feed mills, grain storage, food processing, and chemical industries. It is suitable for screening and grading poultry feed, livestock feed, aquatic feed, and other pellet products, effectively improving product quality and uniformity.
