The hay pellet mill is designed for processing coarse fiber materials such as hay, straw, alfalfa, and rice straw into high-density feed pellets. Pelletizing improves storage and transportation, enhances palatability and digestibility, and significantly increases feed utilization. The finished pellets are easy to store, transport, and reduce feed waste, making them especially suitable for ruminant animals like cattle and sheep.

Suitable for hay, straw, alfalfa, and other fibrous raw materials
Breaks down fiber structure for improved digestibility
Easy storage and transportation, volume reduced by over 60%
Alloy steel ring die for long service life
Ensures long-term stable operation
Optimized structure with lower energy consumption
The crushed hay is fed into the conditioner, where it is conditioned with steam before entering the pelletizing chamber. Under the strong pressure of the ring die and rollers, the material is extruded through the die holes and cut into uniform pellets. The finished pellets have high density and proper hardness, making them easy to store and highly digestible for animals.

The hay pellet mill is widely used in farms, feed mills, cooperatives, and large-scale breeding bases. It processes coarse feed materials like hay, straw, alfalfa, and corn stalks into high-density pellets, ideal for ruminants such as cattle, sheep, horses, and camels. It can also be used to produce eco-friendly biomass fuel pellets.
